Terms & Conditions

By applying to become a Taqemak Sales Representative, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Approval of your application is subject to Taqemak's review.
• Sales Representatives are independent partners and are not employees of Taqemak.

2. Commission & Payments

• Earn 80% of the customer's first month's subscription fee for each successfully referred branch.
• Commissions are paid only after the customer's payment has been successfully received.
• No commission is paid for free trials, cancelled subscriptions, refunded payments, unpaid invoices, or recurring subscriptions unless announced by Taqemak.
• The minimum payout request is $70.
• Taqemak may update the commission structure or payment policy with prior notice.

3. Sales Code

Each Sales Representative receives a unique sales code. Customers who enter this code during registration and password setup receive an extended 21-day free trial instead of the standard 14-day trial. The sales code is also used to track referrals and commissions, and representatives are responsible for providing the correct code to their customers.

4. Privacy

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Changes

Taqemak reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the Sales Representative Program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
