Delete your Taqemak account
The company owner can delete the company account and its data here, or in the app (Account → Delete account).
How it works
- Your account is switched off at once: no one can sign in, QR codes stop, and emails stop.
- You get an email with a “Restore my account” link. It works for 30 days.
- After 30 days, the data is permanently deleted. It cannot be restored after that.
🗑 Deleted after 30 days
- Sign-in accounts (owner and staff)
- Names, emails and phone numbers of users
- Complaints, customer contact details and AI replies
- Customer names and comments in reviews
- Notification recipients, notifications and support messages
- Company and branch details (names, addresses, Google links)
📁 Kept (no personal data)
- Star ratings without names, for anonymous statistics
- Payment and invoice records, required for accounting and tax
⚠️ Paying through Google Play or the App Store?
Cancel the subscription in your store account first. Deleting your Taqemak account does not cancel it.
Staff users
Staff accounts are managed by the company. Ask your company owner to remove you (Users page), or email support@taqemak.com.
Delete the account (owner only)
Can't sign in? Email support@taqemak.com from the owner's email address and ask us to delete the account.
